Visiting procedures

Visiting procedures of Thai Sugar Company Limited. for any client /company to visit our warehouse  he or she shall follow the below
information.
– you must uptain an invitation letter from us.
and for us to issue you this invitation you must provide the following document
1 ) company registration document2) you must send us a scan copy of your passport.
3) Taxes payers card
4) any utility bill of the company like electric bill, water bill , gas bill etc
5) past BL of your company
6) You must confirm your order with an initial deposit of at list 20%-40% depending on the quantity you need.
We ask all this because for you to visit our company all of our board members have to be present like the CEO. General manager , sales manager etc and they all have to travel from afar to be present so we need to be sure you are coming to buy. not for site seeing

Once all this is done we will issue you and invitation letter give you a visiting date an once you book your flight ticket
you will have to send us a scan copy of the flight ticket so that our driver can pick you up from the air port, straight to your hotel room and we will
now issue you and access card that will enable you to enter our ware house to witness the loading and packing of your goods.

NB: Any private or individual visit is illegal .you must follow the visiting procedures above
